This year, students throughout the school will have the opportunity to learn Te Taiao through four main areas:

• In The Beginning - Creation both Church and Maori

• Maramataka - Moon Phases

• Māra Kai - Growing Vegetables

• Rongoā Rākau - Native trees and how they can help us

The programme will be developed and taught during CRT (Teacher Release Time) by Whaea Wendy. 

Room 6 is the base for most of this learning and students' work will be displayed in this classroom.
