Welcome to St Joseph's School

We are currently in the Orange Light traffic light setting for Covid 19. P

St Joseph’s School flexible response to Covid-19 will depend on the various scenarios that could play out within our school community. With the support of the staff, we will look to implement strategies that work best for our school context, with the health and safety of our students at the forefront of our planning. At all times we will be following the requirements set out by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health.

Health, safety and wellbeing will continue to be a priority for us and the same public health measures you are very familiar with will remain in place:

good hygiene and cleaning

contact tracing systems in place

if you are sick, you must stay home and get tested

good ventilation.

Face masks are encouraged, but not required, when inside at school.

All ākonga aged 12 and up must wear face masks on school transport.

All parents, caregivers, whānau, and other visitors are encouraged to wear face masks on site.
