Term 3 2025 Learning at St Joseph’s School
This term, our learning was an exciting integration of Religious Education and the Digital Technology Curriculum. Our Religious Education theme, Te Rongopai – The Good News, focused on exploring and understanding Bible stories in ways that connect to our faith and everyday lives.
To bring this learning alive, our tamariki collaborated in groups to retell Bible stories through digital video projects. This hands-on work gave students the chance to not only deepen their understanding of Scripture but also develop their creativity, teamwork, and digital skills.
The highlight of the term was our community showing at the Gaiety Theatre on September 18, 2025, where students proudly shared their videos with our school and parish whānau. It was a wonderful celebration of faith, learning, and innovation.
